I have been working bitcoin-core in prune mode and every little thing okay. Now I am making an attempt to run lnd and, for this, I both want an unpruned node or a neutrino node.

I discovered in Lightning Labs documentation that including these parameters will arrange bitcoin-core to run in neutrino mode:

blockfilterindex=1
peerblockfilters=1

Once I add them, bitcoin-core says it provides this error:

Error: primary block filter index greatest block of the index goes past
pruned knowledge. Please disable the index or reindex (which can obtain
the entire blockchain once more)

After all, it’s essential to re-download the blockchain. So the query is:

Will it retailer your complete blockchain? or simply the headers and preserve the blocks pruned?

and, how one can set off this reindex?
